A glowing Lindsay Price stepped out with beau, Curtis Stone, for a little shopping spree and the only thing more noticeable than the gigantic smiles on their faces, was Price's growing belly.

The actress confirmed that she and Stone, her boyfriend of over a year, were expecting a little bundle of joy last month. This will be the first child for both the mommy and daddy to be and from the looks on their faces, they couldn't be happier.

Price's white baby doll tank top showed off her swelling tummy just enough to highlight her bump as the pair were out shopping for furniture and parenting books over the long holiday weekend in Los Angeles, California.

Lindsay Lohan Finishes House Arrest and Heads to the Hamptons?

Today is quite a good day for Lindsay Lohan. She ends her four month sentence of house arrest -- for stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store -- and her twenty fifth birthday is just around the corner, on July 2.

What better way to celebrate her freedom and turning a quarter of a century, than partying in the Hamptons? NBC's Today is reporting that Lohan's name appears on the guest list for the L.A. Takes Over the Hamptons party at a private residence in the swanky New York beach town.

When the troubled star's spokesperson was reached for comment they would not say whether she would remain in California for her birthday celebration or if she'd be making her way east. They did say however, "We're choosing to let Lindsay celebrate her birthday with family and friends privately."

Lindsay Lohan Guilty of 'Poor Judgement,' Not Probation Violation

After testing positive for alcohol, Lindsay Lohan arrived in court this morning for a probation violation hearing -- a legal bout that was apparently never even supposed to take place.

After facing Judge Stephanie Sautner, in what looked like could have resulted in jail time for Lohan, it was ruled that the starlet would get off scot free -- but only on a technicality. Before being placed under house arrest, Lohan was ordered to adhere to controlled substance testing, not alcohol testing. On top of that, Lohan's substance testing was only supposed to take place between February 3 and February 25.

But the judge did rule that Lohan is only permitted one friend to visit her Venice, California home at a time. She is also forbidden from hosting any parties. According to Sautner, the only thing Lohan is guilty of is "extremely poor judgement," according to TMZ.

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, was all smiles after the court appearance telling reporters, "I feel like you guys are disappointed ... [Lohan's] done nothing wrong. She's done everything right. So let's give her credit for that."

Lohan also seemed to be in high spirits following her hearing: "Thank you to all my fans for your support. Sending you Love and Light. xo," she tweeted.

But other stars are less than thrilled with Lohan's lack of punishment: "What has happened to the justice system in the sate of California seem like all you have to be is famous & they let you get away w/ murder," Kelly Osbourne tweeted.

So what's one thing that Lohan did get out of her unnecessary court appearance? She finally nailed appropriate court attire. The troubled actress arrived at the LAX Airport Courthouse sporting black trousers, a button down shirt, aviators and a high ponytail -- a far cry from her previously revealing court get-ups.

Michael Lohan: 'Forget Jail, Lindsay Needs Rehab'

After testing positive for alcohol while under house arrest, Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to return to court Thursday morning for violating her probation terms. And, right on time, Lohan's media regular father, Michael Lohan, is speaking out about his daughter's inability to stay on the straight and narrow or surround herself with positive influences.

"If it's true, whatever she's doing isn't right," Lohan told PopEater's Rob Shuter. "There's a chubby English girl named Nikki who is always around her and when she is, I get a sick feeling and there is always a problem."

Just over a week ago Lohan threw a party on the roof of her Venice, California home. The troubled starlet, who was still under house arrest at that time, looked to be enjoying herself as did her friends -- Lohan was spotted drinking from a red cup while her friends enjoyed beers and wine.

"When my friends come over, they're not drinking," she said. "Alcohol is not in my house, so it's not part of my life."

The disconnect between what Lohan says and does is what keeps her father up at night.

"I'm so worried about my daughter," Michael Lohan told Radar Online. "I'm very, very concerned about the people around Lindsay and the pressure being put upon her. If it turns out that the test was positive, then I have strong concerns because if a person can't stay straight in the house where can she stay straight?"

But when it comes to Lindsay's violated probation due to a failed routine alcohol test, father Lohan is fearful that a judge may rule to send his daughter to the slammer -- a decision he believes could only further harm her. Instead, he has his own ideas for Lindsay's recovery.

"I'm still opposed to jail," he said. "She needs to go to rehab. She needs to be in a program called G&G Holistic in Florida. They will not only give her rehabilitation, but they are a detoxification center and they don't believe in prescription drugs. I don't think Lindsay needs to be on any prescription drugs, and I think that's part of the problem."

Although Lohan was expected to complete her house arrest time on June 29, with her pending Thursday court appearance, the starlet could be sentenced to additional house arrest or even jail time.

Sticking with her mostly black and white court attire color scheme, Lohan wore white slacks and a low-cut top for her hearing.

About to enter the courtroom again for violating her probation, the actress chose an easygoing look and opted for jeans and a black blazer over a v-neck shirt.

Looking quite ladylike in a white skirt, the starlet arrived to the courthouse for another probation hearing.
